When contracting our services to help get your friend or loved one out of jail there are a few things you need to know. there is a cost for our services which is a percentage of the bond price and is not refunded to you once the court case runs its natural course. The bond price that was set by the Judge or Magistrate goes away once the case is disposed. In other words the bond responsibilities don't end until the Judge says "case dismissed". In the meantime we require our people to contact us once a week and on their court dates to let us know how it went. The people that sign for their person to go home, are responsible for helping their person get to all court dates. They are also responsible for helping us get in touch with the person if we need to; helping us put the person back in jail if we have to; or paying for the bond price if their person does not go to court and the court case is not reset or the person put back in jail within a reasonable time period.
DISCLAIMER
It is agreed that the defendant can and will be arrested and returned to jail, without refund of your bond fee, for ANY of the following reasons:
(1) Willfully fails to pay the premium to the surety or willfully fails to make a premium payment under the agreement specified in G.S. 58‑71‑167.
(2) Changes his or her address without notifying the surety before the address change.
(3) Physically hides from the surety.
(4) Leaves the State without the permission of the surety.
(5) Violates any order of the court.
(6) Fails to disclose information or provides false information regarding any failure to appear in court, any previous felony convictions within the past 10 years, or any charges pending in any State or federal court.
(7) Knowingly provides the surety with incorrect personal identification, or uses a false name or alias. (1963, c. 1225, s. 5; 1975, c. 619, s. 1; 1998‑211, s. 30; 2001‑269, s. 2.3; 2007‑399, s. 1.

Servicios de fianza. El porcentaje promedio en Carolina del Norte es del 15 por ciento. En el caso de no encontrarnos en el área, contamos con agentes que sí están y pueden hacerlo. Deben de tener en cuenta que los agentes de fianza en los Estados Unidos no son abogados. También deben de tener conocimiento que si Ustedes firman como ávales para liberar al detenido tienen que saber que esta persona tiene que asistir a sus fechas de corte hasta el final del caso. La responsabilidad del que firma termina cuando el caso ha sido finalizado en su totalidad. También es responsabilidad del ával de ayudar a su fiador a contactar a la persona por la cual Usted firmó en el caso que éste no haya asistido a sus fechas de corte para que nosotros lo podamos regresar a la cárcel o de lo contrario Ud es responsable del monto original de la fianza.
Si Ud ha dado una fianza al Magistrado con dinero en efectivo o con bienes raices y necesita servicios de cáptura para fugitivos de la justicia, nosotros también los podemos ayudar cobrándoles un porcentaje de la fianza original. Llamen a Triangle Bail Bonds al número en ésta página.
Descargo de Responsabilidad
Por cualquiera de estas razones se puede regresar al acusado a la cárcel sin tener que reembolsarle la cuota pagada por la fianza:
(1) Por no pagar el porcentaje al fiador o no pagar los pagos correspondientes al monto acordado por el fiador de acuerdo a G.S. 58‑71‑167.
(2) Por no notificar al fiador de cambio de dirección
(3) Por esconderse físicamente del fiador
(4) Por salir del Estado sin el permiso del fiador
(5) Por violar cualquier orden de la corte
(6) Por no revelar información o proporcionar información falsa referente a cualquier falta de comparecer al tribunal, condenas por delitos graves en los últimos 10 años, o cualquier cargo pendiente en Estado o la corte federal.

For private citizens that means that if you have posted cash or property for a bond and wish to return the person to jail for missing a court date, or whatever reason, we'll discuss this with you and whether you can legally have your person apprehended and reincarcerated and assist you for a reasonable fee.
